The platform has been running successfully for many years and has been a host to many networking and headhunting events. Esteemed professionals are easily accessible and there are structured avenues available for career mentoring, startup coaching and leadership. **What do you dislike about Headstart?** The events have become commercial over the years. Headstart has become more professional, however, the value proposition is only suitable to a narrow set of audience. Also, avenues of engagement via digital platform has remained limited. **What problems is Headstart solving and how is that benefiting you?** Headhunting for employees, co-founders, mentors. Advantage is to find smart people from a curated set of individuals. ### 2. The interface is very intuitive. It is a headache to recall and fill the detailed feedback again. So, I generally first type on a notepad and then copy to headstart. It would be nice if headstart could provide a no-lossy means of filling the feedback. **What problems is Headstart solving and how is that benefiting you?** We interview more than 50 candidates in a month and collaborate with dozens of interviewers. Headstart makes it feel seemless. ### 3.
