What do you like best about HDPOS smart?

Its Main features include billing, Invoicing, Supply Chain, & Inventory. All solutions have inbuilt detailed reports by which the user can check the daily operations in real-time manner. Its Simple and systematic user interface helps the user to understand the system and helps them to know what to order, where to order, and what is available in store. For departmental stores, it's a boon for the administration. The Support system from the company is very good, and they respond whenever we connect. 5 stars for the company. What do you dislike about HDPOS smart?

Mobile connectivity is an issue. Also, sometimes when the network is slow, the system navigation sometimes gets cluttered and restarts. Not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HDPOS smart:

It's a very good software and you can say that it's a complete ERP system which single-handedly manages huge retail businesses and improves the ROI. Little training is required and you can install and be ready to use within a day. My team accepts it and likes it. My vendors are happy. All its modules are detailed and provide reports in every aspect of the departments. The user just has to select the right data. What problems is HDPOS smart solving and how is that benefiting you?

My departmental store Inventory is the biggest and major issue to resolve. The in-out summary is quite time-consuming and 2 manpower are dedicated just for it. However, after HDPOs, a single person can manage all inventory in no time. Just has to enter the correct details as and when needed. All are systematic and cloud-based.
