What do you like best about HCS Connect?

1. UI is great. There is barely any learning curve and usability is quite straight-forward.

2. End user UI is better than any software available for this purpose. The reports for patients or even their charts are dynamically synced and end user has a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HCS Connect?

1. There can be more additions which we suggest to the company on a regular basis and the best part is that they are working on adding those features in upcoming releases. This may not sound like a con, but HCS Connect do miss on some basic functionalities at times, such as must have integrations with third party plugins but definitely, these are not a road blocker. What problems is HCS Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have this implemented for our Life Sciences clients. The required modules can be chosen from HCS and only selected modules can be implemented and used. We have done this for multiple clients, therefore we have used all the modules. All over, this is a pretty solid platform and a promising one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
