What do you dislike about HCL Unica Discover?

I have only worked on this product and have no opportunity to explore other competetor products. Hence no idea. As far as I know it resolves most of analytics problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HCL Unica Discover solving and how is that benefiting you?

It resolves issues related to a) complete behaviour data capture where it goes beyond clicks to capture hover, screen size and event changes giving a comprehensive view of user interaction.

b) business impact analysis: : find sessions associated with issues and quantifies their business impact Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
