I like how Haystack has departmental sections that make it easy for me to locate the things I need. It highlights who I am in the company, which helps others find me or my offices if needed. I also find it valuable to access a lot of good information related to our roles and the company as a whole. I think with Haystack, some information is harder to locate. You have to search for things, and if I don't know who does what in the department, it sometimes requires a bit of digging in Haystack. Also, there is some convoluted information that's been in Haystack for years and years, and it might be good if some older information could be taken out to make room for newer information.
