Haystack is the platform powering our companywide intranet. It keeps our employees connected, informed, and inspired by housing all the information and resources they need. It's groups based, meaning content is curated and targeted for the specific user and equip them with the relevant information they need. I find the user interface inviting and sleek, and it's very user-friendly and intuitive for the most part. Cameron, Meghan, and Alison have been wonderful to work with and extremely supportive. There are some aspects of Haystack that are a little clunky, like moving subpages, which requires a little extra work than one would expect. I also wish there was an opportunity for multiple employees to collaborate on a page or draft something in ghost mode before pushing live more easily, and that we had access to more robust analytics without having to purchase an add-on for it.
