"Trux great structure, reporting could use some visual assistance"

What do you like best about Haul-IT?

Plugging into the Trux back end SQL is easy. Also, the reports that are built into Trux are top notch. As a SQL person that knows Crystal reporting, they really have done a great job of bringing all the financial info you need and route info you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Haul-IT?

There are no dashboards. No visuals. Nothing that catches the eye. It's blah reporting. We've hooked Domo into Trux and we publish dozens of reports that way Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Haul-IT:

I don't have experience with other solutions like this, only DB experience. I can say that the back end of Trux is solid and the structure is well built. The Front End is a little old looking, but it does the job and does it well. If you have someone that can built out reports with other tools, hook into the SQL Server DB and build out some cool looking visuals to add value Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Haul-IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like I said we plugged in Domo and have created lifts by driver reports, down time reports, fuel usage reports etc. We have also added a bunch of Revenue reporting so we can see the break out of Revenue by service category and even by Route. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
