I use Hatchproof to better understand how to manage my employees and organization. The cool thing is that Imran is an experienced founder with years of operational and management experience. Having the app is like having an insider’s look into Imran’s brain and how he thinks about organization management. I love the personality questionnaire and being able to query the system for personality comparisons. It gives me a better sense of how to collaborate with folks with different personalities and lets me see if potential hires may be a good culture fit. Setup was easy.
