What do you like best about Harsi Hotelería?

The most useful features have been the visual calendar for managing rooms, the audit module for shift changes, and how easy it is to record restaurant consumption. I like that everything is in Spanish, that it is intuitive, and that the support is quick and approachable. Additionally, I don't need to pay for features I don't use. What do you dislike about Harsi Hotelería?

At first, it's a bit difficult to understand the complete flow if you're not familiar with hotel systems, and I would have liked to have a more interactive tutorial. I would also like it to integrate with more OTAs like Airbnb or Google Travel in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Harsi Hotelería solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using HARSI, we had everything scattered: reservations on WhatsApp, accounts in Excel, and cash register balancing on paper. HARSI solved that by centralizing everything into a single system. Now it's easier to track shifts, avoid billing errors, and know in real-time how many guests we have or who has already paid. It saves me time and gives me clarity.
