What do you like best about Harpoon?

I like that this software integrates planning and progress features for projects, invoicing, proposal, clients and analytics. It is simple and easy to use. Clients can pay you easy and also it is easy to track expenses

You can set goals and see how you are doing.

The special app for Mac users is very useful and it is flexibility in generating projects & tracking them allows keeping an eye on the development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Harpoon?

I am not sure how it could work for medium-sized companies with high volume os projects.

A bit expensive for start-ups. I don't think It has live support just by phone

What problems is Harpoon solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps tracking of clients/ money

Time tracking - so you can compare your time investment vs your service and improve your rates

Easy to invoice and get paid!

I would love to have more freedom with the invoice template and customize to my taste.
