What do you like best about Harmony?

What I love about Harmony is that it brings everything IT needs into one place. It handles Tier 1 requests, saves a significant amount of time, manages inventory, and is flexible and highly customizable to fit our specific needs. What do you dislike about Harmony?

As with any AI solution, Harmony can sometimes misunderstand an issue, suggest an incorrect solution, or get confused between different knowledge articles. What problems is Harmony solving and how is that benefiting you?

Harmony helps us reduce the IT team's workload by automatically handling Tier 1 requests, allowing the team to focus on more complex issues and strategic projects. It also brings ticketing, inventory management, and IT processes into one place, improving efficiency, visibility, and the overall employee experience. The biggest benefit is saving valuable time, reducing repetitive manual work, and providing employees with faster support without constantly depending on the IT team.
