What do you like best about Harmony?
The automation features save us a ton of time on routine tickets, and support has been quick to help whenever we needed it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Harmony?
Nothing major so far. If I had to nitpick, a built-in knowledge base similar to Confluence would be a nice addition, but that's more of a wishlist item than an actual problem I've run into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
