What do you like best about HARBOUR ATS?

Harbour has revolutionised our recruitment process. It has provided us with a seamless applicant tracking system allowing us to both optimise our recruitment processes but also monitor recruitment much better through the data capabilities provided by the system. What do you dislike about HARBOUR ATS?

At times some of the processes seemed slightly counter-intuitive but had to be followed to ensure high quality data. Luckily working with the team at Harbour who created our bespoke system adaptations were made to better suit our processes and ensure there was no confusion with what part of the applicant journey candidates should be sitting in. Recommendations to others considering HARBOUR ATS:

Highly recommend Harbour as a very user friendly applicant tracking system. The team will work very closely to understand your business needs and will build you an ATS that meets your needs. Their tech support is second to none and you work closely with a dedicated client manager. Harbour will really help revolutionise your recruitment process making it a much smoother process, but will also provide you with so much information to allow you to undertake comprehensive reviews of previous recruitment drives allowing you to continuously optimise your recruitment to ensure you're getting the best candidates. What problems is HARBOUR ATS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our recruitment process was previously tracked through a series of Excel spreadsheets. This was not only timely but hard to monitor. Harbour has provided us with a system which both saved vast amounts of Man hours, but also gave us the flexibility to change our recruitment process where relevant and also provided us high quality stats allowing us to reveiw the recruitment process and make tweaks as necessary.
