The product is lightweight, easy to use, and straightforward to manage, while still providing the capabilities we need. One of the key advantages for us is the ability to commit configuration changes instantly, which makes configuration updates and operational changes much more efficient.

The support has also been excellent. The support team is professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, and they have been able to guide us effectively when updating the configuration to meet our specific requirements.
