What do you like best about Happyml?

HappyML consolidates information, guides, and policies into one place for us so our employees can easily find answers to their own questions regarding HR, operations, etc. This cuts down on time spent responding to emails and tracking down information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Happyml?

If you add hundreds of files performance may be skewed. It's important to avoid unnecessary information in the documents to maintain top notch performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Happyml solving and how is that benefiting you?

Multiple times a day or week, employees will reach out asking for information about various policies, procedures, etc. often related to HR or general things about the company. This means another employee has to take the time to figure out the answer or find any related document if they don't already know it and then reply to the employee. HappyML cuts down on this time significantly, so employee productivity is improved and our employees can focus on their actual job and responsibilities while at work. It's really helpful with onboarding too so a new employee automatically has a resource to answer most of their questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
