What do you like best about Happydance?

Happy Dance is hands-down the easiest CMS to work with for a truly simple content-population experience. From the start, the Happy Dance team perfectly captured our vision. Having them build out our initial pages gave us a brilliant foundation in terms of design, look, and feel. The user interface is incredibly modern, engaging, and intuitive—we absolutely love it. The platform makes it easy to bring a vision to life while still giving us the flexibility to review and make changes seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Happydance?

While the design is beautiful, certain modules aren't always easy to repurpose across different pages (such as the grid layout used for our stories). We also would have benefited from a built-in image editing tool; the platform has an auto-crop feature, but when it doesn't crop an image properly, there is no way to manually adjust it within the system.

Additionally, during our implementation, we hit a period of downtime while sorting out our internal ATS solutions. It would have been helpful if the Happy Dance team had used that idle time to guide us on photo naming conventions, metadata, and bios. Because that guidance wasn't provided proactively, we had to figure it out ourselves and rush through that tedious data prep right before launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Happydance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Happy Dance, we were operating in the dark. Now, metrics that we never had access to before are front and center. We can accurately measure traffic, track applications, and use UTM links to tie specific campaigns directly to business impact. This depth of data is completely transforming our content strategy, including how we plan for AI strategy and how we show up in LLMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
