I like using Happoin in my Cosmetology office to automatically organize the schedule and reminders, which saves me from having to keep an eye on WhatsApp. I love the chatbot that I can have active 24/7, as it handles deposits and appointment bookings without the need for constant supervision. Additionally, I really appreciate the technical support that is always available and in person; they are very attentive. I also value that the chatbot knows all about my business through the information from my profile and services, so it provides real information.
