I can automate my business appointment management from a single place, which used to take up so much of my time daily, and I can connect my business WhatsApp, which is where I chat with my clients. The UI could be improved (although support has said they're working on it), and the initial setup is a bit tricky, but nothing too difficult with a little patience.
