I use Happily.ai to keep in touch with what everyone is working on in my fully distributed company without having to pull people into check-ins. The push notifications and daily check-ins actually engaged the staff, and people shared daily, which was very useful. I could set aside 15 minutes every morning to go through updates and respond, and that was enough to stay on top of things and show people I was paying attention and listening. I like the gamification feature because it incentivizes people to share and participate, and it is kind of fun to redeem coins and gems for physical goods or services like Grab or Starbucks. Nothing specific comes to mind. Although I will say that Happily is best suited for companies that truly care about engagement. It's opinionated and built on insights gathered from years of engagement data. If you are choosing an engagement platform is a box-ticking exercise, Happily isn't for you.
