What do you like best about Halight LMS?

Continuous improvement and the way new features are rolled out based on real feedback. We use Halight to deliver training across 200+ stores, and features like mobile access, simple content delivery, and completion tracking make it easy for team members to engage without being tied to a desktop.

The platform has improved our workflow by allowing us to quickly launch and update training, track completions at scale, and keep content relevant without heavy admin overhead. The team also understands L&D well and is responsive, which means feedback turns into practical improvements rather than sitting in a backlog.

What do you dislike about Halight LMS?

What problems is Halight LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Halight solves the challenge of delivering consistent, scalable training across a large and dispersed retail network. With 200+ stores and thousands of team members, it gives us a single platform to distribute product knowledge, onboarding, and compliance training in a way that is accessible on the shop floor.

It removes the reliance on in-person training and long-form content by enabling short, targeted modules that team members can complete on mobile. This has improved completion rates and made training part of the day-to-day, rather than something that gets pushed aside.

From an operational perspective, it gives us visibility over completions and engagement, which helps us understand what content is landing and where gaps exist. That allows us to quickly adjust or launch new training in response to product launches or business needs.
