What do you like best about Haletale?

I handle books for several property management clients and Haletale's reporting makes my life significantly easier. I can filter by property or tenant, the rent roll is clean and exportable, and the QuickBooks two-way sync means I'm not entering anything manually. Deposits held as liabilities until earned is handled correctly out of the box, which a lot of general accounting tools miss entirely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Haletale solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage accounting for multiple property management clients, and Haletale has made the process much more efficient. Its reporting tools allow me to quickly filter data by property or tenant, and the rent roll reports are clear, organized, and easy to export. The seamless two-way QuickBooks integration eliminates the need for manual data entry, saving considerable time and reducing errors. I also appreciate that tenant deposits are automatically tracked as liabilities until they are earned, a critical accounting feature that many general-purpose accounting platforms fail to handle properly.
