"Haletale clearly saved my business from failing"

What do you like best about Haletale?

I’ve used multiple PM software tools in the past, and Haletale really feels like it was built with a fresh perspective: it’s simple, yet still super customizable. The best part, though, is the support. They went above and beyond to help me clean up my messy data when we we switched to Haletale and set me up to scale, especially since we’re growing faster than we expected.

Accounting and bookkeeping were the messiest areas for us. Now I’m connected to QuickBooks and can handle everything in one platform. I’m happy, and my bookkeeper is happy too. On top of that, the AI update they brought in has been a lifesaver. Since I’m on the go most of the time, I’m basically just a voice command away from checking my daily updates and status. What do you dislike about Haletale?

So far, after being a user for over 18 months, I don’t have any major complaints. Minor issues come up, they’re quick to get them resolved, usually the same day or the next, which is impressive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Haletale solving and how is that benefiting you?

My data was messy who pays what and when, and we had no consolidated records. Everything was scattered due to multiple admins we’d had in the past. We missed several rent increases and even failed to collect some rent on time because we didn’t notice it hadn’t been paid. It was more of an internal management issue: all the departments were running separately. If that had continued, we not only wouldn’t have been able to get where we are now, but we probably would have shut down by now. So Haletale has been and amazing investment we made for the business and e're seeing the benefits as we grow. highly recommended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
