What do you like best about Haibu HR?

I like how intuitive and smart Haibu HR is. The AI makes candidate selection much faster and more accurate. I also love the Teams module, it keeps all my team’s information organized, helps me manage vacations or days off, and gives a clear view of everyone’s progress. What do you dislike about Haibu HR?

What problems is Haibu HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Haibu HR has helped us organize and speed up our entire recruitment process. Before, managing candidates, interviews, and communication required using multiple tools. Now, everything is centralized in one place.

The AI helps us find better matches faster, and the WhatsApp integration makes it super easy to stay in touch with candidates directly from the platform. I also love how simple it is to share shortlisted candidates with clients, just a few clicks and they have everything they need. The Teams module keeps all employee information updated and helps manage vacations and days off efficiently. Overall, Haibu has made our workflow much more connected, organized, and efficient.
