What do you like best about Hadirr?

I've been using Hadirr since 2019, and it's been a reliable platform for our daily operations. Pricing is transparent, with optional add-ons clearly explained, and everything is managed from one dashboard. The Attendance Open API has made it easy to integrate with our existing HRIS, while attendance tracking, client visits, and reimbursement have all worked smoothly. Customer support is another highlight : friendly, responsive, and handled by real people who genuinely help. It's also great to see the platform continuously improving, and I'm looking forward to the upcoming invoicing feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hadirr?

In the years I've been using Hadirr, I can count on one hand the number of times the platform has experienced downtime. I remember one incident during morning clock-in when there was no prior notice, but the team responded quickly with email updates and resolved the issue professionally. Since then, they've significantly improved their communication by announcing scheduled maintenance in advance, which shows they're committed to listening to customer feedback and continuously improving both the product and the overall user experience. What problems is Hadirr solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we have multiple branches and many employees who work in the field, Hadirr has been a great fit for our daily operations. Most of the challenges we've faced have been related to older employee devices becoming incompatible with app updates from Google Play or the App Store, rather than the platform itself. Thankfully, the Lend App feature provides a reliable backup by allowing employees to clock in using a shared device at our branches. While I’ve shared a few suggestions to improve this feature, I appreciate that the Hadirr team is open to feedback and continues to enhance the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
