I like the flexibility of the question library and the ability to build custom assessments tailored to specific roles we are hiring for. The live interview/CodePair experience is also a strong point as it lets me watch a candidate's thought process in real-time. The customizable question/rubric builder is important because it allows tailoring assessments to specific roles. The built-in code playback/replay feature is genuinely useful for after-the-fact review. Additionally, the reporting and scoring dashboards make it easy to compare candidates side-by-side and keep our evaluation process consistent across interviewers. A few areas come to mind. The question library, while broad, can feel generic for more specialized roles - for embedded systems or infrastructure-focused positions. The CodePair interface, while functional, can occasionally feel a bit clunky compared to more modern collaborative coding tools. I've also found the reporting/analytics could be more customizable.
