When it's my dream job, and it has a HackerEarth Assessment as a mandatory round in the interview, that makes me a little nervous. At the same time, it also ensures that I'm the right fit for the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HackerEarth Assessments solving and how is that benefiting you?

Many times in an interview, within a given short period, the candidate will not have a chance to prove himself technically by saying everything aloud.
