What do you like best about HackenProof?

What I like best about HackenProof is that it makes the whole bug bounty process feel organized and manageable. The platform gives us one clear place to receive reports, communicate with researchers, and track issues, instead of having everything spread across emails or random channels. What do you dislike about HackenProof?

The only thing I would mention is that, like with any bug bounty platform, some reports may still require extra internal validation and clarification before the team can act on them. I would recommend HackenProof to companies that want to start or improve their bug bounty program in a more structured way. HackenProof helps us bring external security researchers into our security process in a structured way. The main benefit is that it gives us an additional layer of security testing from people who look at the product from different angles.
