What do you like best about hackajob?

I mainly used hackajob to explore technical hiring trends and understand how skill-based matching works compared to traditional job platforms. The interface is clean, searches are easy to refine, and I liked that candidate recommendations focus more on relevant skills instead of only keywords. It saves time because you don't have to scroll through hundreds of unrelated profiles, and the platform feels organized even when reviewing multiple roles. What do you dislike about hackajob?

The platform works well, but I think it could offer more filtering options for niche roles and provide a little more transparency about why certain candidates or jobs are recommended.
