What do you like best about hackajob?

Hackajob is one of the best tools I’ve used, and it’s become one of my go-to platforms for sourcing tech roles. The platform is very easy to use, and the quality of candidates is great, without the noise you get on some other platforms. What do you dislike about hackajob?

There really isn’t much to dislike. That said, it would be great if we could use it for more of our roles outside the UK as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is hackajob solving and how is that benefiting you?

This has significantly cut down our sourcing time by bringing high-quality technical candidates straight into our ATS for screening. The AI features help ensure we’re only seeing truly relevant applicants, which makes a big difference when we’re hiring for niche technical roles.
