The customer support has been fantastic as well. They always get back to me quickly when I have a question. **What do you dislike about H5P?** When creating a textbook you have to save and close regularly. It would be helpful to a Save feature so that you can continue on creating and editing the textbook or quiz that you are creating. It lets you add interaction on top of any text, audio, and video content. And it's super easy to use. **What do you dislike about H5P?** I used H5P in Moodle. The integration was not as smooth as the H5P website is. **What problems is H5P solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learner engagement & retention. Using H5P most of our customers were able to create engaging course content using existing videos, PDFs, etc. ### 6. I also like that the interface is pretty straight forward to use and does not require any codien skills. **What do you dislike about H5P?** The integration with Moodle is not great. By that I mean that you still need some basic coding skills to make the activity appear in the flow on the course. I would like an easier way of adding H5P activities in the flow of the page. **What problems is H5P solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use H5P to create drop downs in our Moodle online courses to stro in foramtion in a structure way. We also use it to create activities and quizzes that we had as part of our online m,asters degrees. ### 7. The assignments can boost learner engagement and prevent a class from feeling "stale." There are a lot of different activity types to choose from. It is a relatively easy system to use. **What do you dislike about H5P?** H5P needs to build more flexibility into many of the activity types. There are very few options in the settings menu for how the instructor wants to deliver the grade. For example, there isn't an option to restrict the number of attempts on an activity. This alone would be a big help. **What problems is H5P solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the issue of learner engagement. Students need more stimulating exercises when faced with an online educational environment because they don't have the opportunity for face-to-face interaction with their instructor or their peers. ### 8. Content is also responsive on mobile screens and can easily be shared by embedding or LMS integrations. **What do you dislike about H5P?** Some activity types are strangely missing or limited. e.g.'Matching Words' should allow for only some words to be selected, not all. Also, needs to integrate with image libraries like Unsplash and Shutterstock. **What problems is H5P solving and how is that benefiting you?** Learners need practice activities that are web-based and accessible on mobile devices.
