What do you like best about GWI?

I find GWI's dashboard relatively intuitive, making it easy to navigate. The data downloading process is straightforward, and it doesn't take long to set up and gain quick insights. The AI tools are especially beneficial when I am pressed for time. I also appreciate the ability to share audience data with my team, allowing everyone to access and manipulate the information. GWI allows me to create different kinds of data visualizations depending on the point I'm trying to make, which is handy. For audience analysis, this platform is the main tool I rely on, and it's indispensable for client presentations due to its knack for uncovering surprising insights about the audience. What do you dislike about GWI?

The data export format recently changed unexpectedly, which can be a bit surprising. When I try to do a complete audience analysis, adding all the attributes to find something surprising still feels pretty manual, and maybe I'm missing something there. It would be great to have a bulk add feature for audience attributes to streamline this. Also, avoiding retired attributes from prior studies manually is tedious. I currently export the data as an .xls and then upload it to ChatGPT because the internal AI tool seems a bit basic. It would be nice to be able to interrogate the data within the platform itself.
