What do you like best about Guzu?

My top feedback for GUZU is how quickly they are able to match up employers and candidates. The AI matching feature means that our team can focus on interviewing resumes. The platform is user-friendly and the live interview options offers a more exciting hiring experience than standard job posting websites. What do you dislike about Guzu?

A place where it might be enhanced is with the introduction of new players. The platform has plenty of features, but may require time to master all of its tools and settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guzu solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the biggest needs that we have when it comes to hiring is finding someone to fill the position quickly who is qualified to do so. One of our largest challenges when hiring is getting a qualified person to do the job in a timely fashion. Our recruiters went through hours of reviewing job applications that were not consistent with our needs prior to using the platform. With GUZU'S AI- powered matching and direct interview opportunities, we are connecting with relevant candidates much faster.
