"All My Pay, Benefits, and Tax Docs in One Clean, Easy Gusto App"

What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto has made managing my work-related information much easier and more convenient. Having everything in one place—especially my pay information, benefits, tax documents, and other HR-related details—helps me stay organized without needing to jump between multiple systems or reach out to HR for every question.

One of my favorite parts is how simple it is to access my pay information. I can quickly pull up my paystubs, review my earnings and deductions, confirm my direct deposit details, and track my payment history. Everything is displayed in a clear, easy-to-understand way, which is especially helpful when I’m trying to find something specific quickly.

The benefits section is another area where Gusto really stands out for me. Having my benefits information readily available in the app makes it easier to review what I have, understand my coverage, and access key details when I need them. Instead of digging through paperwork or trying to remember where certain information is stored, I can open the app and find what I’m looking for.

I also like having easy access to tax documents and other important employment information. Being able to locate these documents digitally whenever I need them is incredibly convenient, especially during tax season or when I’m completing paperwork that requires employment or income details.

The app itself feels clean, intuitive, and user-friendly. I don’t have to spend much time figuring out where things are, and the layout makes it straightforward to move between sections. Being able to access everything from my phone is a big advantage—whether I’m checking a recent paycheck, reviewing benefits, or looking for a document, I can usually find what I need in just a few taps.

Another thing I appreciate is the convenience and transparency Gusto provides. Having access to my own information whenever I need it gives me more control and cuts down on unnecessary back-and-forth with HR or management. It’s reassuring to know I can answer many of my own questions simply by opening the app.

Overall, Gusto has made the administrative side of being an employee significantly easier. It brings pay, benefits, tax information, and other important HR resources together in one convenient platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

I have not found anything that I dislike about Gusto. The only thing that would be cool to add is a time-tracking feature so I can see how many hours I have worked each day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

In previous jobs, I never really knew what to expect when payday came around. Using Gusto has made it easy for me to track both how much I’ll be paid and when it will be deposited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
