What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto opens up the HR and payroll process to me (as an employee) in a way no other tool has. Being able to see company policies, pay calendars, and time-off requests all in one place is huge. Add in how easy it is to route my pay to different banks, and it genuinely changes how I engage with HR overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

It’s a small gripe, but I’ve used Gusto at a few different companies, and the experience can feel surprisingly different from one place to another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest change from a pre-Gusto world to an in-Gusto experience has been the added predictability and the ability to use self-serve HR functions. Employees no longer have to wait for HR to respond; they can find the answers they need right away. This adds to the ability of HR to be performant and responsive to needs that actually need a human response.

Onboarding is substantially easier with Gusto as well, with processes formalized in a tool that is designed to support those kinds of efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
