"User-Friendly Payroll with Seamless Integrations and Helpful Built-In Tools"

5/5

What do you like best about Gusto?

Gusto is very user-friendly and has a lot of effective built-in functions that can help make payroll easy, like recurring reimbursements and time off policies for employees. The cost is relatively effective and we have never had any technical issues with the software, which is a great relief. We've used integrations for benefits and 401k and it has been seamless. The support we haven't used as much, but the knowledge base has helped. We haven't used any AI functions at this time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gusto?

Sometimes the links in the knowledge base don't provide direct information about the issue, or it's not fully comprehensive. It's also unclear why salaried employees have hour inputs and if our employees are exempt, why the hours impact the number. This may be an onboarding issue from a previous team member that I should resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easy to manage our people and provide benefits and expense reports. It also streamlines tax reporting and state requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
