What do you like best about Gusto 401(k)?

As an employee using Guideline for my company's 401k plan, I've been really impressed with how easy it is to navigate. The interface is clean and intuitive. I never feel lost or overwhelmed when logging in. I've used it to check my total account balance, adjust my asset allocations, and update my contribution percentage, and all of those tasks are straightforward and quick to complete. Being able to log in, see exactly where my money is, and make changes on my own without needing to contact HR or a financial advisor is a huge plus. The dashboard gives a clear snapshot of my portfolio at a glance.

What do you dislike about Gusto 401(k)?

Honestly, it's hard to find much to complain about as an end user. If I had to nitpick, it would be nice to have a few more educational resources or tooltips within the app to help less financially-savvy users better understand asset allocation options. What problems is Gusto 401(k) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guideline solves the problem of making retirement savings simple and accessible. As an employee, I don't have to think too hard about managing my 401(k). I can log in, check my balance, adjust my contribution percentage, and rebalance my asset allocation all in one place without needing any outside help. It removes the intimidation factor that often comes with retirement planning and keeps me engaged with my own financial future. That peace of mind is the biggest benefit for me.
