What problems is Gun.io solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have used Gun.io to help us rapidly scale our tech team as we are a fast growing scale up business. This has allowed us to rapidly source the quality people we needed, often for short duration tasks at short notice for a cost we are comfortable with and at a lower cost and faster rate than if were were to employ full time staff or source contractors.
