With Gumroad I've been able to "set it and forget it." The interaction was very easy to navigate--I posted my books, set the price, and sent out a link to customers. There are tons of other features as well. And I like the fact that there are various ways to negotiate your relationship with Gumroad depending upon your level of sales. Outside of the tech-based creator economy, more people have heard of ebook publishing platforms than they've heard of Gumroad, so I had a few customers who had trouble finding their way to the site (even with a link). I'm not thrilled with the tax reporting--it feels like an afterthought. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
