Now it's two years later and, although I still have a lot to learn, I feel like I have a really strong foundation. The navigation isn't the most intuitive design I've ever seen. It's not terrible, but it does make the tool harder to use when you're first getting started. The tool can also be kind of slow when you're generating reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
