## GUIDEcx Reviews
  ### 1. Easy Task Management and Great Support with GUIDEcx

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgan M. | Sr. Manager, Client Onboarding, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx provides a great platform for managing tasks with cross-functional teams. It makes it easy to keep multiple client onboarding journeys organized and up to date. The extensive knowledge base allows for seamless self-service on the majority of questions and issues you may come across but their support team is always quick to respond to tickets as well.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Minor performance issues like lag time when navigating from project to project, or the system logging you out mid task update. I understand that the new GUIDE 2.0 should address these issues.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx is our answer to project management for our entire new client onboarding pipeline. It will also soon become the base for all of our post-launch client journeys which will allow us to add more structure to client events that happen after initial onboarding and should help improve our long-term client experience. As we continue to expand and scale, we will also likely look to GUIDEcx to help us provide more self-serve, client-facing options.

  ### 2. Streamlined Onboarding with Clear Customer Status Tracking

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Guide CX is providing our Onboarding Team a streamlined process with the integrations to other project tools that our organization utilizes. Guide CX also will provide the a organized customer view of the status and dependencies of what is next in line on the to do list.

Guide CX staff has been excellent in walking our team through the implementation of the software.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The only drawback we have found is setting up weekly recurring meetings, they must be tied to a specific task, which can be cumbersome for the Onboarding Coach.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One source of entry in projects that will integrate with other software, streamlining processes.
Setting up dependencies for the customer to know what is next in line on the to do list
Available CSAT scoring throughout the project to improve processes by milestones
Project management tools and visibility to project management status on track, behind, or red flag
Onboarding Team Capacity Planning

  ### 3. GuideCX Brings a Single Source of Truth to Customer Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

What I like most about GuideCX is that it creates a unified “single source of truth” for both our internal team and the customer. Before, onboarding was a mess of spreadsheets and emails buried in inboxes. Now, the platform keeps everyone across our different teams aligned and working from the same information. It also lets management open any project and quickly see the current status without having to track down or speak with the people doing the work.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

One minor frustration I’ve run into is the default search behavior. At times, the platform automatically applies a filter that hides projects if they haven’t been updated recently. That can be confusing when I’m trying to find an older or stalled project and it doesn’t show up right away, which then forces me to manually clear or tweak the filters to locate what I’m looking for.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem: Before GuideCX, our onboarding process wasn’t always consistent from one client to the next. We didn’t have a standardized playbook, so each customer ended up with a slightly different experience. Our CS team was drowning in manual tracking, and customers often felt unsure about the true scope and timeline of their implementation.

The benefit: GuideCX has completely professionalized our handoff. By automating the manual “status check” tasks, our CS team can focus on strategy instead of living in spreadsheets. Customers get a world-class experience with a clear roadmap, and internally we finally have a repeatable, scalable process that helps ensure nothing gets missed.

  ### 4. Streamlined Client Onboarding with Customizable Journeys

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitch B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love how GUIDEcx allows us to set customized onboarding journeys at the client level, based on their unique needs. Our journeys are very robust and involve a multitude of tasks that might need to be sequenced differently or managed by various parties, including external stakeholders. GUIDEcx helps us manage all of that seamlessly, letting us focus on providing a good customer experience without getting bogged down by the administrative tasks. I also appreciate the initial setup process, which was pretty easy once we ironed out the details. Plus, GUIDEcx integrates well with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Slack, which our business relies on.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

We are still learning how to use it effectively in an external capacity, and so we primarily use it internally. We know there's a lot of functionality that we haven't tapped into yet.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use GUIDEcx to organize our client onboarding journeys and manage post-launch client disposition changes, ensuring a smooth experience for customers.

  ### 5. I couldn't be more impressed and excited to use a service.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zack B. | Project Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The ability to keep everyone, both internal and external, on the same page. We struggled for years to find an effective way to make sure everyone was on the same page and with GUiDEcx, we finally have the answer we've been looking for. The email reminders for tasks, the projected end date to keep everyone on track, it's simply perfect. I can't say enough positive things about this product and the team behind it.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I won't be of much help for this part of the review since I currently only have positive things to say about GUIDEcx. I think like any tool, it's only as useful as you make it and this tool give us the ability to do everything we need to do for us and our clients. The only thing I would like to see is multi-factor authentication for logging in, just for security purposes.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping everyone, internal and external, on the same page and up to date on where we are at on a project/onboarding. Communication has been one of the most difficult goals for us to achieve, but we now have a tool capable of handling all of our project and onboarding needs.

  ### 6. A "Must Have" for onboarding/implementation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX checks a lot of critical boxes for scaling and improving an onboarding/implementation flow. It automates emails to customers, forces users to define every step of the onboarding process, allows for valuable insights into each project/template, and improves the work experience of the onboarding/implementation managers actually running the projects.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not a dislike, but it is a warning: if you have an onboarding flow that is not clearly defined and/or does not have an obvious flow to it, the set up can take some mental energy to complete; however it is absolutely worth the initial effort and teams will get this time back and much, much more as they continue along.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX is defining, automating, and scaling our onboarding process. It also provides visibility into all the projects and templates for anyone in the organization.

  ### 7. Amazing software for customer onboarding experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Morgen S. | Professional Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx offers an amazing platform, which allows us to automate a tremendous amount of communication to clients, thus reducing work hours for our internal team members. And, it offers all this functionality while being super easy to use and understand.

With clearly set roles/permissions along with the details we build out in templates, we reduce the risk of human error and ensure compliance on our SOPs.

Implementation has been very easy so far, and I feel very supported by the GUIDEcx team with all of our questions.

I'm very excited to implement integrations across our other internal systems for consistency in reporting and transparency in project status.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Sometimes, GUIDEcx can take a long time to load pages, especially for large projects.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing project work hours by automating and simplifying our processes/procedures.

  ### 8. Phenomenal product with a staff who does what it takes to ensure the highest quality service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin S. | IT Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The team at guidecx is truly top notch from every angle. Their attention to detail, willingness to work with you, and quick thinking has made them an invaluable partner.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There's not much to dislike besides that all the amazing new features that are coming down the pipeline aren't already available now!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX allows us the ability to effectively manage our plethora of project seamlessly & with clear visibility for our customers!

  ### 9. GuideCX setup and walkthrough

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Malvika M. | Solutions Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

The UI is fairly intuitive and the functionality offers a lot for teams to stay organized and aligned with the customer

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There seems to be a few bugs in loading and using the UI from time to time

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are primarily using guide cx to help guide our customers through the onboarding process and ensure they understand what steps need to be completed in order to deploy and use Anomalo

  ### 10. GuideCX; An implementation tool's favorite implementation tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B. | VP, Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

We love the visibility and control that GuideCX provides for our internal team and our Customer to run projects on time, and know exactly what's up and around the corner to keep plugging away.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I don't think there's anything in particular that's not to like about GuideCX!

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX helps us to retain full visibility into the progress of onboarding our Customer's, see where they get stuck and remove blockers much more quickly than we could before. We love the ability to run all Client communication through GuideCX (emails, task messages, status updates, etc) so all things are stored in one source of truth.

  ### 11. Revolutionised our onboarding package

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean M. | Senior Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx has helped us move into the modern ages of onboarding new clients - with spreadsheets, post it notes and uncontrolled communication being a thing of the past. Through GUIDEcx we are able to manage projects with true colloboration with our clients, with each stakeholder able to see how a project is performing.
The implementation phase was really simple, with recipe builders for our integrations making life mega easy. The onboarding from GUIDEcx was truly fully supported to, with resource on hand to answer silly questions, assist with template creation and made sure we could use the software in a short period of time.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

At this point, we have so many positives around the GUIDEcx, there is not a lot to dislike.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to have a very disconnected workflow across onboarding and project management. GUIDEcx is bring together various internal departments and our clients to be able to work in a truly collabrative space. Spreadsheets, post it notes, meeting fatigue are all now things we can leave behind.

  ### 12. Organization and Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laramie B. | Implementation Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It has helped me to organize my projects and clearly define what needs to be done, who needs to do it, and when it needs to be done, without having to chase down any communication, as well as keeping all of that communication in one place. Once set up, it has been very easy to use and tweak as I improve our process, and Shaun at GUIDEcx as well as their support team have been quick to respond to any questions I've had.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I wouldn't consider it a downside, just a necessity to be prepared for: depending on what kind of project(s) you have and the granularity of detail you have in your tasks, it can be a pretty lengthy job to get your schema set up. However, again, it is a necessary part of it, and while it can take some time, it is also helpful to look at your projects under a microscope to better define them and then tweak them.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not aware of any problems, though I will say the recent addition of a GUIDEcx overview video has been very helpful and a welcome addition to my project template.

  ### 13. Guide CX vs other management platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna K. | Onboarding Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I have had the opportunity to work with multiple project management software in this, by far, is the easiest for myself and ESPECIALLY for my clients. The ease of them not having to actually go into the project to see what needs to be done is a game changer. And that it sends them reminders when things are due?! Talk about geting much needed time back on my calendar to get other projects done.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

i would love the ability to have mulitple people assigned to a task

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have gone from checking in frequently with clients to get information we need to guide doing it for me. Getting clients to fill out information previously would sometimes take weeks. Now, if the client is in town ;), they get it done within 24-48 hours typically. Huge shift in helping them see time to value quicker

  ### 14. Great product and great company to work with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandra M. | Director of Customer Operations and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 30, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX has a great user interface that makes it easy to set up project templates and then visually track the progress of project related tasks. We can then easily syncronize these projects with Salesforce to include in Salesforce-generated reports. The GuideCX team (Sales, Support, and Customer Success) have always been extremely responsive and helpful as well.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The formatting and customization options for customer-facing emails are limited.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our Professional Services team members can sometimes juggle a dozen projects or more simultaneously. GuideCX helps us keep track of where each project is with an interface that allows our team member to quickly marked assigned tasks complete, with the ability to add notes, attach files, and log hours worked at both the project and individual task level. It also helps us to make sure no steps are missed, and that prerequisite tasks are completed before the next one starts.

  ### 15. A wonderful and well put together onboarding experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx is an excellent customer onboarding and project management platform that helped us streamline processes and enhance client experiences. Its user-friendly interface, automation features, and collaborative tools made it easy for our team to keep onboarding projects on track while ensuring transparency and engagement for customers. With powerful reporting and integrations, GUIDEcx enabled us to improve efficiency, reduce churn, and create seamless onboarding experiences. Their focus on customer success and guided implementation sets them apart, making them a valuable solution for companies looking to improve their onboarding workflows.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I have yet to come across any downfalls of using the GUIDEcx.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and managing our client onboarding and project management.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi there!

We're delighted to hear that GUIDEcx is helping you break down and manage your projects effectively. We just want elephant-sized projects to be easier to consume and complete. Here's to us doing more together 🥂

Thank you again and have a wonderful day!

  ### 16. GuideCX has made my daily tasks easier to track (and given me confidence I have all my stuff done)

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicole C. | Software Implementation Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

This has centralized my task list for Onboarding (Implementation). Instead of going from Sharepoint to the wiki, to my documents, and through several systems to find what I need, everything is in one Central spot. It also is great to be able to, at a glance, see for myself, (and also give the customer a view), or where we are in the project, what we have left, what delays will do to the overall project, etc...

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I cannot change task due dates in mass. I have to do it task by task. We have training tracks where we have a milestone for each person. So if a date gets pushed, I have to change it for each individual person, and then for each task beyond that. We don't use dependencies because the training order could change, we don't want to force the order.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us track all the tasks that need to be done during Onboarding, as well as track the timing. We have a very long Onboarding process (minimal about 6-8 months), and so tracking all the things that needed to be done at each stage was very difficult. GuideCX has helped us to streamline that and make sure we had a process for everything, make sure it was documented, and get it all in 1 place.

  ### 17. Taming Onboarding Task Chaos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily D. | Director, Onboarding and Documentation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx has helped us tame the onboarding task chaos we have that used to be run using several different systems. It helps our onboarders know what is next and gives us visibility into what our customers need to do and what they have not done all in a single place. It gives us the opportunity to have conversations on project delay due to incomplete tasks because of the visibility it provides. It gives our customers visibility into our tasks (to our allowed degree) so it keeps us accountable.

Our onboarding is involved, so it has taken us a bit to hit a stride with the tool and there is a lot that we are still learning. Just this week we saw the power of CSATs and were able to put that data to use. Overall, we have found it pretty easy to use for the power that it has and we have plans to extend our use cases for it beyond just onboarding.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Any downsides I can think of are nitty gritty software things, like you can't copy a task from one project to another. This is only a downside because it is something we could really use. There is a remedy possibly coming as part of a future enhancement I am told.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us work more efficiently with having our onboarding tasks in a single system. Our onboarders work with several clients at a time, so to have everything in one location is helping us to work smarter, not harder.

Providing visibility into projects for our clients when in the past that visibility was limited because of Jira access, is also beneficial. That visibility builds trust and provides accountability.

  ### 18. Great Project Management / Onboarding Software. Helps me stay on top of tasks and customers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert B. | Senior On-boarding Condultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I really love how GUIDEcx takes the guesswork and remembering out of the day-to-day of my job. By having a well built plan and flexibility to use templates for onboarding, I am able to give a consistent and meaningful onboarding experience to each of my customers. I rely on the notifications and reporting to make sure I am completing the right tasks at the right time.

I also love how supportive the company is. When submitting a ticket or giving a suggestion on future features, the response is always quick and personal. I have really enjoyed the hands on approach that GUIDEcx as a company takes to amke sure that the program is able to meet my needs.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I think the hardest part of GUIDEcx is just making it central to your day. It does a wonderful job, I just need to make sure I am refering to it daily.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx really helps take the guesswork out of onboarding and allows me to focus more on interactiong with my customers rather than focusing on the project management side. It doesn't solve everything, but it has been a huge help for me to know where to focus my time.

  ### 19. GUIDEcx has simplified our implementation process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Denise M. | Corporate Account Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx is a fabulous tool for ensuring our implementation process is completed in full. We are able to use the numerous amount of features to make the process unique to our company. I personally use GUIDEcx mutiple times a day and I love the user friendly platform. The customer support provided when I have questions is quick and detailed. I would recommend using GUIDEcx to any company.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are few things I don't like about GUIDEcx. One that I know they are currently working on is deleting multiple attachment that are upload when an email has signature images.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx is ensuring our implementation of new customers is smooth and transparent.

  ### 20. Helping us streamline key deadlines and tasks to educators

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenn W. | Senior Director, Outreach & Implementation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

We needed a partner who was willing to work with us to build something that would fit our very unique need of providing an 'interactive checklist' to thousands of educators administering our assessments across 11 states. When the product itself was not designed to handle our unique request, the Guide team thought out of the box to find a solution for us - either by scripting or creating new functionality. This kind of enthusiasm for problem solving was what drew us to them and keeps us happy!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

We are using it in a way it isn't designed to function, and sometimes there are struggles with that aspect, but they are really helpful and creative to find a way around some of the limitations.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed an online tool to help us communicate with thousands of test coordinators and provide them a way to tell us when they have completed tasks. For year 1, we had about 40% of our coordinators completing at least 1 task in the checklist, and so we are very optimistic for this year that adoption will grow more as we learned ways to make this experience better.

  ### 21. Huge improvement from our last platform.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bella G. | Onboarding Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

How user friendly it is. It does alot of the side work the was taking up most of my time for me. It keeps me updated on all of my projects.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I haven't found anything that I really dislike. It took some time to get used to all of the notifications I get, but I would rather have a lot then none at all.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is supporting my clients in the steps I need them to take for their project. It supports me in retrieving that infotmaion. I have had 90% more interaction from my clients then I did before.

  ### 22. Tons of potential

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Chief Operating Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 02, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It's the first dual facing (Internal+client) project management tool I'd ever heard of. It solves a major challenge when it comes to leading a client through their mandatory tasks and activities necessary for a successful implementation of your product or service. And its not that they don't want to do it, its that they dont have adequate and effective strcuture and process to manage the things they need to complete. That are often additional responsibilites to the individual core position responsibilites.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Lack of starter templates, has to be built from scratch. It would be hugely benefical for GCX to provide starter templates that have proven effective in leading successful implementations for themselves and other clients.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing struture, process and accountability for our clients. It helps us becasue it helps them.

  ### 23. I have grown to love it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaytlin O. | Onboarding Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I have been working with GuideCX and fully using it for about 7 months now and I have grown to love it. It makes my job as an onboarding customer success manager much easier and takes a lot of small tasks off of my plate by streamlining my processes.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not much! It just takes a little to get everything up and running to your liking and needs but that is how it goes with any new technology.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying my workflow

  ### 24. GuideCX is life changing for our Customer Success Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is a huge upgrade to our entire CS team after having used various different solutions. GuideCX truly has no competition in this arena. The ability to pair with Salesforce is invaluable, and we are currently building out more use cases for the Pre-Sales and other value adds throughout the customer journey. The platform itself is intuitive for Contributors, and as an Admin I find the lift to learn to run the tool is also completely in line with the success and output it provides. I don't mind a steeper learning curve when I'm getting this much value!

Our Implementation (as handled by GuideCX and within GuideCX) was simple, straight forward, and any time I have questions anyone is happy to help! I have recieved help through their community group, my CSM, my AE, the in-app Chat... really I have no regrets! My only wish was I wish this had happened sooner.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

We did not allow for enough change management time, but that's not on GUIDEcx. Honestly the hardest part has been getting teams to learn to relax and let the tool help them! We are so used to being manual that letting go of the wheel is a bit scary.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Future Anticipated Projects:
Pre-Sales CRM management
On-going Account CRM Management

I cannot overstate how 1). getting data in the first place about these important events across our customer lifecycle is helping us scale, but also 2). continue to improve.

The logic, each part follows the same logic so once you have had your training sessions / played around the system is easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I dont have any dislikes so far, so would prefer to leave blank

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its making the team work in the same way

Removed my need for post it notes and excel sheets

Given us clear understandings of timelines

  ### 26. Powerful Onboarding Platform with White-glove Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan C. | VP of Customer Success, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX is the only platform that allows us to truly scale our onboarding process. Thanks to their amazing customer success team, we were up and running in just a week or two. We were able to easily import our existing project templates and then progressively enhance them using the GuideCX features. We coudl then easily share tasks with our customers, giving us visibility into their deliverables. The reporting features likewise made it easy for our leadership to get a birds-eye view of hotspots that needed attention.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I can't think of anything we disliked. Sometimes it was hard for our team to figure out how to deal with project dependencies, but this was mostly a training matter.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX allowed us to manage project schedules while giving our customers visibility into their project schedules. It also allowed us to understand how our services team was utilized so that we could better anticipate customer needs.

  ### 27. GCX - a pretty solid project mgmt tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2025

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like that GCX keeps me, my team, and our clients on task. I also like how responsive and helpful the support team is.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

impersonating a user's profile can be a bit glitchy. it would be nice to update due dates in bulk

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

keeping our projects organized and on time.

  ### 28. Our onboarding customer experience got a huge kick in the pants (good) after adopting GuideCX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter B. | Director of Global Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

With the adoption of GuideCX, we moved from a "roll your journey" free-for-all to a more consistent, predictable process that centers on engaging the customer in the process. I also now have way more visibility into how our onboardings are progressing and, more importantly, where they're stuck than ever before.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

While the reporting is helpful, it's sometimes unclear to me what might be wrong with certain onboardings and how I can best help to get them back on track.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing and making the onboarding experience consistent from customer to customer are the big value drivers.

  ### 29. Easy to Integrate, Easy to Profit

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ivan R. | Customer Succeess Manager, Senior, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Very ease to setup and integrate with multiple systems. Scalable, sophisticated, and customizable.
Great relationship management from GUIDEcx Team.
Easy to setup for admins and POs.
Easy to use and add value daily for users.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I think additional features towards Project Management would also make GUIDEcx shine and be more functional into different teams, and more sticky.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx is helping us build medium and low/no touch onboarding programs at scale. Allowing us a more cost effective onboarding approach.

  ### 30. Great Onboarding Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx has allowed us to put more control in our customers hands which has sped up our project timelines. Their support team is great to work with and they are extremely knowledgable and helpful.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

We work with a plethora off 3rd party organizations. The 3rd party user addition to projects is a cumbersome process and doesn't allow for sorting of the 3rd parties when trying to add these users to projects. The customer and 3rd party invite process (invite email) could also use some work to make this process a little easier.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx allows us to have constant communication with our customers during the onboarding process, has drastically dropped the amount of PM meetings and time needed for each project, and has streamlined our project plans. Overall it has been a great investment.

  ### 31. PM Tool for the company

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Max J. | Senior Manager, Sales Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX offers a streamlined platform for sharing project details with customers, ensuring our projects stay on course while keeping clients informed about outstanding tasks. The process of adding users to the platform is straightforward, enabling customers to stay actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle. As a result, this diminishes the volume of inquiries directed to us regarding task completion.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The platform's communication functionality is lacking. When a customer sends a message through the tool, it only reaches one person instead of the entire team. Additionally, these messages sometimes get flagged as spam, leading us to rely on email communications instead. Integrating Slack for customer communication during projects would greatly enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers have full visibility into the tasks required from them to ensure projects are completed on their timeline. This benefits us as GuideCX serves as the definitive source for the onboarding experience

  ### 32. Enhanced Visibility into Our Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

My favorite thing about GUIDEcx is the visibility it provides into our current implementations. The reporting capabilities are excellent & we are able to report on all different types of data, including custom fields. The tool itself is also easy to use & the time tracking capabilites are excellent, making our team operate more efficiently

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I'd like to have a few more customization options in the UI

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx helps improve the following areas: Time Tracking (more efficient process & enhanced visibility), Implementation Experience (provides step by step implementation instructions to both internal users & our customers), New Hire Onboarding (automates our current new hire onboarding process, eliminating several manual steps)

  ### 33. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It's intuitive and user-friendly while providing a clear view of the onboarding tasks.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are some hiccups that I've experienced, which when creating a ticket, support has responded quickly. Tickets do seem to be closed a little sooner than I'd like though. There isn't good transparency for future fixes. The ticket gets closed and says it'll be addressed in the future.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx solves several challenges we were experiencing but mainly eliminates confusion and miscommunication by providing a clear picture of where the project is.

  ### 34. Very comprehensive and easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randi A. | Enterprise Onboarding Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like how the customizability while still being super easy to use. The CS team has been great to work with! The training resources are also super comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

With the customizability, it does seem like there are a lot of ins and outs to how things flow, so it might be hard to understand how things should work.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure specific steps don't fall through the cracks

  ### 35. Multi-Project Management made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patrick B. | SVP of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2022

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

We were able to move all our project management to one platform while easily giving customers access to see the status and updates and even track and perform their tasks within the project. Simplified dashboards and views make it easy to see the big picture while quickly zooming into special milestones, phases or assigned resources.

New enhancements have been rolled out simplifying even further tracking of status and communicating with internal teams and customers.

Implementation of SSO was simple and straight forward and enhances security and control over our users' access.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

So far I've not had any issues with the platform as both our technical resources and non-technical resources are having no problems using the application.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of separate projects for internal vs. external resources all project team members are integrated to see their assigned tasks, milestones and goals. No on-premise licensing or equipment needed. SSO integration gives me, as an Azure Administrator, easy access to grant and remove users via simple group management. In addition, project managers are able to reuse the same templates for streamlined implementations ensuring nothing is missed!

  ### 36. Absolutely helps with managing multiple large projects, but could use some work.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Centralized system to manage all ongoing, upcoming, and previous projects is nice.
Using the platform to keep all project related conversations within the project ensures that you are easily able to track conversations and updates regarding the specific project. No more searching for emails to find an answer to a question that was asked days or weeks prior.
Uploading relevant photos and files to a specific project makes finding information easy

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Not being able to resize column widths in either project or task lists is rough. It makes it very difficult to search for a specific project when you are scrolling through the lists.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking multiple projects that are ongoing simultaniously has been made a bit easier.
Getting an email alert when my tasks are ready to start is helpful so that I do not need to keep following up with project managers to see what the current status of the project is. I can just pull up the project in GuideCX and see exactly what the stage the project is at.

  ### 37. Project Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Corey S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX provides a simplified platform to share with customers to keep our projects on track and allowing the customer to always know what needs to be complted. Adding users to the platform is fairly easy and allows the customer to be more engaged during the project. This reduces the number of questions coming to us on what needs to be completed.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Communications through the platform are not great. If a customer communicates through the tool, it will only come to one person versus the whole team. These communications sometimes will get caught in spam and we end up deferring to email communications instead. Having a Slack intergation to communicate with our customers during the project would yield in a much better experience.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX provides our clients a well laid out, swim lane style approach to the entirety of the project. It ensures all tasks are completed and reach a successful launch.

  ### 38. How GuideCX has elevated our experience with advisors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa M. | Training Sales Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

How it allows us to break down tasks step by step to provide as little or as much information as we may need. The flexibility to have a base plan and then alter it as needed depending on the advisor is very helpful, and has helped streamline our onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It can be a bit slow to react at times. It sometimes does not feel like it has the capacity to hold all of the things we add to it, with the slow response time to button presses. Overall, not a huge problem.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX is helping solve the problem of "whats next" for our advisors. They are able to see the entire onboarding plan from start to finish if they would like, they can see where things are at for all of the different areas of the onboarding process, and can work ahead if needed, or have a better idea of what's to come so they can prepare.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Melissa,

Thank you for sharing your feedback about GUIDEcx! We're glad GUIDEcx elevates your experience with advisors and improves your onboarding processes.

Your feedback is essential and we've shared this with our product team. If you have any more insights or suggestions in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out.

  ### 39. Great software for Project Organization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhonda C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Being able to track all the information project by project is so helpful. With the software being able to track time spent on tasks, take notes on each task, and see all persons involved is a huge benefit for everyone.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

When someone is assigned tasks across multiple projects, it can be tedious to see what is outstanding for an assignee for all of their projects. The global tasks list helps with this, but you must still drill down into the individual project to see what is outstanding or areas that need follow-up. Also, more user customization would be helpful. Updates have been made to the project view to add/remove columns or do bulk edits, but those same options would be nice from the global task view too.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not working directly with them at this time on any specific need, but our division is working for some improvements to make the day to day functionality more manageable.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Rhonda,

Thank you for your review! We're thrilled you find GUIDEcx's project tracking capabilities so beneficial. We've shared your feedback with the product team. If you have any further feedback or suggestions to enhance your experience with GUIDEcx, please feel free to share!

  ### 40. Guide CX anticipated needs I never knew we had a year ago when we signed up

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tori S. | Senior Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Making the customer onboarding experience consistent and airtight is a meticulous effort. We built our GuideCX with a needs-based approach to map the customer onboarding experience (solve a problem, uncover a problem, solve a problem, repeat). What's impressive is our needs have evolved since we first started, and the Guide CX platform has partnered with us every step of the way. We get a A-Z snapshot of the customer journey, and it helps us improve customer experience and internal process. The reporting available guides several OKRs each quarter. Finally, we're email experts and GuideCX provides enterprisy tools that ensure deliverability of email notifications from the app.

The in-app support experience is world class including a knowledgebase, chat, product roadmap voting, and previous support conversations. It has a partnership feel. The support team themselves are rapid responders and generally cool to work with.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

It's hard to provide any dislikes when you see how committed this team is to get it right. With that said, two features will keep GCX on the bleeding edge for SaaS onboarding. Both relate to reporting. 1. (Daily Stand Up) DSU grid centric, at-a-glance report on where each deal is at by rep as well as the ability to quickly apply a multi-layer sort, update the details, and comment >without leaving that view<. We use a spreadsheet for this currently, and it's a pain.

The second feature is aggregate reporting of vanity metrics to enhance OKR follow-up and further define our customer post-sale lifecycle, starting with the onboarding.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

Excellent customer facing PM tool that sticks with you as you grow. Highly recommend for a first PM tool purchase for software implementation.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The customer gets complete visibility into the tasks we need from them to get projects closed on the customer's timeline. We benefit by having GuideCX as a source of truth for the onboarding experience, which online sources indicate are one of the defining experiences for steeper CLV curve.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi Tori!

Thank you for these kind words! Like you said yourself, we are committed to getting it right. There's nothing that motivates us more than helping you win at onboarding like never before.

You'll be happy to know with the new reporting coming out soon, a DSU and OKR dashboard may be closer than you think. Stay tuned 👀

Thank you again for your review. Here's to the future 🥂

  ### 41. GuideCX is a great PM platform solution with lots of customization to fit your needs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy J. | Technical Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 01, 2022

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I like how easy it is to navigate the UI and find things. When utilizing a PM platform, you want to save time and churn by organizing steps and making sure all necessary parties involved with that project are aware of those steps clearly and concisely. I also enjoy automated emails for this reason. I also appreciate how GuideCX allows templates for easy project planning for multiple projects.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Interacting with some of the features can be laggy or unresponsive at times. It would be great if it could be a little snappier. Having hover tooltips on potentially vague features or menu items would also be helpful to determine if navigating to that spot is where your intent is. I wish there were more features around color-coding. This would make it easier to spot tasks on a project that already has many tasks to manage.

**Recommendations to others considering GUIDEcx:**

If your organization requires better time management amongst your team regarding onboarding or project management, you should consider GuideCX. To get the most out of the platform, you will want to make sure either yourself or your manager takes the necessary time to learn the platform thoroughly and utilize all features.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits include solving organizational problems with onboarding customers to our product and lists of action items that need to be completed quickly for all parties involved. I'm also saving tons of time, reducing churn on the responsibility of tasks, and delegating resources to complete our projects promptly. GuideCX has also strengthened relationships between managers and teams by eliminating confusion regarding project timelines and action items.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Thank you for your review, Jeremy!

You'll be happy to hear that there are some great things in the works that will enhance those features that can get laggy. As far as your other feedback, I've passed it on to our product team to consider with future enhancements!

Thank you again for your feedback. We are excited to continue helping you solve organizational problems with onboarding your customers!

  ### 42. Guide CX has changed the way we Onboard for the Best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coco W. | Senior Solutions Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2022

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Ease of customer communication, able to better structure our projects both for the general onboardings and special cases.

Absolutely exceptional customer service, I often times work with Sara or Michael and they are always willing to help to the best of their abilities. I love your customer service!

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Little bit of UI changes still needed but overall really don't have much issues or complaints.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me keep my customers on time, High level I can track their progress. Also keeps my data team in check so I know when there are issues right away and can effectively and efficiently discuss and resolve it with all team members on the project. It makes tackling hurdles much easier because all our communication and tasks to complete are in one place and not strewn about my inbox in various email chains.

**Official Response from Danni Thaw:**

> Hi Coco,

Thank you for taking the time to review GUIDEcx! We're glad you've found it valuable for structuring your projects effectively. We appreciate your kind words regarding our customer service, particularly your experience with Sara and Michael. Providing exceptional support is a priority for us.

If you have any more insights or suggestions in the future, please feel free to share them. We're here for you!

  ### 43. Great experience with GuideCX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

Very customer focused
Platform is easy to use
Allow inputs into the development process for features the customers need

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

I have not found any downside to GuideCX and I am in the system all day long.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding customers with a process and documentation of tasks. The interaction with customers is easier and very trackable.

  ### 44. Easy to use, easy to admin, great customer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GUIDEcx takes the traditional project management software and gives it rocket fuel to make it useful for both company and the customer. The ability to add customers into a project for FREE is priceless (dad joke). The implementation was easy and they helped us find inefficiencies in our former process. As the admin I'm able to make changes to the templates quickly and easily, and their team of dedicated professionals is always there to make sure I have what I need to be successful.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

There are not many downsides, every tech team could do better but overall I feel like GUIDEcx cares and tries to do their best while valuing our partnership

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx keeps our team and our customers on the same page during implementation so we all know how much work has been done and what is left to reach the end of onboarding. The ability for the customer to reply to a task in GUIDEcx and have that flow to the project manager's email (and vice versa) is key.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> We're delighted to hear that GUIDEcx has been instrumental in keeping your team and customers on the same page during implementation. Our goal is to provide a seamless experience, and we're glad to hear that it's benefiting your onboarding process. Thank you for your feedback!

PS your dad joke reminded me of one of my favs:

"I thought they said freebies
My disappointment stung almost as much as the bees"

  ### 45. The best app for onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandeep P. | Professional Services Consultant, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2023

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

We are using GuideCx for all our projects daily. It is useful in onboarding process tracking, milestones and templates, customer direction and communication, Internal vs external messages, assigning people from inside the company and from the customer company for tasks and milestones, time tracking capabilities, and automated process workflows. Additionally, Time Tracking is also implemented going smoothly and is very helpful for our task tracking. Customer Support is prompt. It is easy to implement, and customize and is quite flexible.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Android app still requires lots of work.
The fields of emails need to be worked out properly.
The email should have the email ID of the person making the comment or note, and not the project manager every time.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing multiple accounts onboarding. Handling and remembering onboarding for up to 20-30 accounts can be done. The challenge comes in when the number of accounts crosses 100, 500, 1000, or 10000, and the history of what has been done and what needs to be done by which person, is trackable very conveniently on this platform.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi Sandeep,

Thank you for your positive feedback on GUIDEcx! We aim to provide a comprehensive solution for streamlining processes, and we're pleased to know that you're benefiting from these features. We've shared all your feedback with the product team. Feel free to reach out if you have more insights or questions.

  ### 46. Seamless, Transparent Onboarding

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carson M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I use GCX daily whether directly in the program or through it's integration in Salesforce. The UI is really smooth and really outlines what has been and needs to be done in regards to getting customers onboarded onto our product.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

This is a personal preference rather than an actual issue, however, I dislike the due dates and the due date notifications I receive. This would help helpful under a lot of cirumstances, however, I personally don't utilize it in the project I work on.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GUIDEcx assists in the client onboarding process. It allows my team to be able to always have an accurate picture of where each one of our customers are on their onboarding journey. It also produces a great amount of data to allow us to accurately measure important KPIs.

  ### 47. Organize Your Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

It's extremely easy to use for the clients that we partner with. It helps us to ensure we're checking all the boxes to get our clients to a successful onboarding.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

One thing that can create confusion is that our clients don't always know that they need to "@" us when making posts or asking questions in the platform. It might be a couple days before we realize that the client has raised a question for us. If there was functionality that prompted them to tag one of our team members that would be a great feature add.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a number of different tasks that are being managed by our team throughout the onboarding process. GUIDEcx helps us stay on course and streamlined without deviating to far from the end goal.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Hi Ben!

We're happy to hear that your team has been better able to stay on course and streamlined with GUIDEcx. Our goal is to help you work better with your customers! Thank you for your feedback on prompting clients to @mention you in the notes. The assigned project manager should be receiving notifications whether they are @mentioned or not (assuming they haven't turned that notification setting off), however I'm not sure if you're in the GUIDEcx community, so I've created this as product feedback for you. I recommend checking it out!

  ### 48. GuideCX provides an efficient and timely Customer Onboarding Experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2024

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

I love how customizable it is. It basically is a toolbox of building blocks where you can create a highly customized user and customer experience. My favorite part is the visual use interface that is bright and intuitive. There are different views of your tasks available, my fav is the "kanban-like" view where you can use your mouse and drag and drop tasks around the project. GuideCX's interactions with the customer are very flexible as well. They can interact with their tasks via email, a mobile app or logging into the GuideCX platform.

I like the company because they are very responsive to their customers. They are continually adding features - built from suggestions by their customers. The huge addition in 2023 was going live with an embedded program that allows us to interface our data with most all of our other platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, Calendly and Zendesk

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

Features that I would like that it doesn't have yet include 1) ability to have a "task library" that you can build a custom project plan easily and 2) ability to better customize the system generated emails to customers.

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to easily track multiple projects - allowing a single resource to handle all of the onboarding
Due to the repeatable process and timely interaction with company and customer users - it's shortening our implementation time - which increases our time to value.

**Official Response from Elan Maynez:**

> Jill, thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with GUIDEcx! We're glad to hear that you find the platform customizable and user-friendly. We appreciate your feedback on Recipe Builder and that you've found value in connecting GUIDEcx to your tech stack. We built that one with your success in mind!

Also, big thank you for your feedback on features you'd like to see. A task/template library feature is planned to be released later this year (It's already been discovered, designed, and all that's left is development!) In regards to customizing system emails, that is a beta feature you can turn on within Labs. If you need help exploring it, let us know!

  ### 49. The Flexible Tool We Rely On

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about GUIDEcx?**

GuideCX has allowed us to segment the types of projects we need to manage easily. We rely on GuideCX to onboard our customers, as well as manage on off bespoke projects.

The support team and reporting team has been a great help in making sure issues are quickly and painlessly addressed, often going above and beyond in helping us address our enterprises specific needs. GuideCX makes it easy for our team to log their hours and execute tasks, as well as hold customers accountable to what they need to do to ensure the projects are moving forward with the speed and quality they demand.

**What do you dislike about GUIDEcx?**

The biggest issue is duplicating tasks and easily sending CSAT notifications (and resending them). Many of our projects cannot be fully templatized as they do not have strict end dates, and the tasks will have to be constantly duplicated. This process currently is quite cumbersome and can slow us down in the day to day flow.

While it is great that CSAT is available to send and can be done on two levels, it is not as transparent as we would like to ensure customers are reminded to fill out the survey, and we do not have the ability to send them as needed or resend them as one offs if they failed to complete them. This makes data collection of CSAT difficult

**What problems is GUIDEcx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GuideCX is helping us track teams hours on billable and non billable work. It is also helping our engineers receive tasks and reminds to their tasks for completion. This helps free up our project managers time so they can focus less on the minutiae, and more on the bigger problems at hand.

GuideCX also provides critical reporting that helps us measure profitability of our departments, as well as highlight at risk projects to the broader team.
