Our company builds PCI-certified, cloud-based payment infrastructure. Our industry is highly regulated by global standards for data security and requires peak-level talent to build highly available, scalable, and reliable systems in the cloud that satisfy the regulators. As our talent requirements began increasing, we struggled to find talent that could meet the requirements of our products and the regulator while meshing seamlessly into our team.
