What I like best is how Guardian simplifies the complexity of managing user identities and access requests. What do you dislike about Guardian? At times, the user interface can feel slightly sluggish when handling very large datasets or complex organizational trees. I would also like to see more flexibility in the reporting module; while the standard reports are good, creating highly customized, granular exports sometimes requires more manual effort than expected. Manual onboarding and offboarding were taking our team hours every week, often leading to delays for new hires or security gaps when someone left. Benefit: Guardian solves this by automating the identity lifecycle. It has moved us from manual ticket handling to automated provisioning.
