What do you like best about Guardian?

Guardian stands out because of their proactive update schedule and responsive customer support team. They are clearly committed to staying ahead of emerging threats, and whenever we've had a technical question, their support staff has been knowledgeable and quick to assist. What do you dislike about Guardian?

Due to test connection failure of OnGuard system the jobs get stuck sometimes creating a discrepancy that we need to fix later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Guardian solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guardian solves our configuration drift and compliance monitoring challenges. It automates what used to be a tedious manual audit process, allowing us to catch misconfigurations before they become security risks. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the OnGuard connection issues. Intermittent job failures and downstream discrepancies can be frustrating, and we’re actively working to strengthen integration resilience and error handling across physical access control systems (PACS) to minimize these scenarios and improve recovery workflows.

It’s especially encouraging to hear how Guardian is helping address configuration drift and compliance monitoring. Automating audits and identifying misconfigurations early is a key part of our physical identity and access management (PIAM) approach, saving time, reducing risk, and giving leadership greater confidence in security posture.
