What do you like best about Guardia?

Guardia helps me use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot more confidently in my day-to-day work. I use AI regularly for writing, research, summaries, brainstorming, and other productivity tasks, and Guardia adds a useful layer of protection without disrupting my workflow too much.

What I appreciate most is how it reduces the risk of accidentally sharing sensitive company or client information when using these AI tools. The alerts and visibility features make it easier to spot when certain prompts or file uploads might include confidential or risky data. What do you dislike about Guardia?

One area that could be improved is the clarity of the alerts and the explanations shown when something gets flagged. In some cases, the warnings should offer clearer, more detailed guidance on what specifically triggered the alert and what the user is expected to do next.

I also think the onboarding experience could be stronger for first-time users. A short tutorial or a clearer introduction that explains how Guardia works, what it monitors, and how it protects AI usage would make adoption easier; especially for employees who don’t come from technical backgrounds. What problems is Guardia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Guardia helps address the risk of accidentally exposing sensitive data when using AI tools in day-to-day work. Many employees rely on AI platforms for productivity, research, documentation, and communication, but it isn’t always clear what information is actually safe to share.

By adding a security and visibility layer around prompts and file uploads, Guardia reduces the chance of leaking confidential company, client, or internal information. That lets me keep using AI tools with more confidence, without constantly second-guessing compliance requirements or worrying about data-sharing mistakes.
