"Efficient Sales Intelligence Solution - A Review of ZoomInfo SalesOS"

5/5

What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

What do you like best about GTM Workspace - Powered by ZoomInfo?

What I like most about GTM Workspace is that it brings together data, intelligence, and GTM workflows in one platform, which makes prospecting and account research much more efficient.

UI/UX: The interface is clean and relatively intuitive, so it doesn't take much time to get comfortable with the platform. The ability to quickly search for companies, contacts, and relevant account information makes day-to-day prospecting easier.

Integrations: The integrations are a major advantage because they allow us to connect GTM Workspace with our existing sales and marketing tools. This reduces the need to switch between multiple platforms and helps keep workflows and data more consistent.

Performance: The platform performs well, particularly when searching for accounts and contacts or working with large amounts of prospecting data. Having access to detailed company and contact information in one place saves a significant amount of research time.

Pricing / ROI: While the platform can be a considerable investment, I see good ROI when it is used consistently. The time saved on manual research, combined with better targeting and access to relevant prospect data, can have a direct impact on sales productivity and pipeline generation.

Support / Onboarding: The onboarding experience is helpful, especially for understanding the different capabilities and getting the team set up effectively. Having access to support when questions come up also makes it easier to adopt the platform.

AI / Intelligence: The intelligence and AI capabilities are probably one of the strongest aspects. The platform helps surface useful insights about companies and prospects, making it easier to identify the right accounts, understand buying signals, and prioritize outreach. Overall, it helps make the GTM process more data-driven rather than relying heavily on manual research and assumptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3)Pricing: ZoomInfo SalesOS can be relatively expensive, which may not be suitable for smaller businesses or individual users. A more budget-friendly option would be appreciated.

4)Limited Data Export: The platform has some restrictions on data exporting, which can be frustrating for users who want to analyze the data further outside the platform.

5)Lack of Mobile App: ZoomInfo SalesOS lacks a dedicated mobile app, which can be inconvenient for sales professionals who need to access data and insights on the go.

6)Customer Support: While ZoomInfo does offer customer support, some users have reported slow response times and difficulty in reaching a live representative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
