They take the time to understand your business instead of trying to fit your company into some little box based on what they've done in the past for other companies. In only a few rare occasions, I have had to follow up on emails more than one time to get a response, but only for general, unimportant, questions. Important ones are always followed up upon quickly. They bring a lot of expertise in Netsuite and general business principles and best practices. They are fantastic at helping you navigate your way through difficult processes and will, basically, hold your hand through the whole process while being immeasurably patient as you in-fight your way through process change and system implementations.
