What do you like best about GrowthOS?

Growthos is a very good WhatsApp CRM system that can help any business generate leads. With Growthos features, leads won’t be missed, and overall it feels almost equivalent to Zoho or Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GrowthOS?

I like every feature of Growthos, except for one thing: there is too much text in the app for explanations. They should work on this by minimizing the text and keeping the feature explanations shorter and clearer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GrowthOS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leads were landing on WhatsApp, Excel, and portal inboxes, and follow-up depended on me remembering. Replies got missed, the same person got messaged twice, and there was no clean way to stop messaging someone who said stop. Site visits were even worse — reminders lived in my head.

GrowthOS puts the lead, the WhatsApp thread, and the next action in one place. Drafts wait for my OK before anything goes out, so I still control the message. Opt-outs actually stick. For visits, I get a reminder window instead of finding out after the fact that nobody followed up.

The benefit is simple: fewer dropped leads and less time jumping between WhatsApp, sheets, and notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
