What do you like best about GrowthManager.ai?

The transparency. Before any work started, they ran a full baseline audit of where we showed up (and didn't) across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, so every report since has been measured against real data, not vibes. Performance has been the standout: a measurable lift in AI-search visibility against that kickoff baseline, with the before/after documented, not claimed.

Beyond results, the experience of working with them is strong across the board. Reports and dashboards are clean and genuinely readable and easy to share directly with leadership without translation. They plugged into our existing analytics and content stack with zero friction, and setup was handled mostly on their side.

Onboarding was a structured audit rather than a sales handoff, and support responses come in hours, not days.

On pricing, the ROI case is easy: it costs a fraction of what enterprise AEO tools quoted us, and we get strategy plus execution, not just a dashboard.

Tracking how ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude actually talk about us and adapting the plan monthly is clearly their core competency, and it shows.

What do you dislike about GrowthManager.ai?

If I'm nitpicking: AEO is a new category, so some of the metrics and terminology took our team time to internalize early on, though their team was patient walking us through it. We'd also love a self-serve dashboard to check visibility scores between monthly reports rather than waiting for the report cycle. Neither has affected results. What problems is GrowthManager.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Students and parents increasingly ask AI assistants ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini for coding-class recommendations, and before GrowthManager.ai we had no idea whether our brand appeared in those answers at all, let alone how we were described. They solved both the visibility problem and the measurement problem: a baseline audit told us exactly where we stood, and their ongoing content and distribution work has improved how often and how accurately AI assistants surface us.
