What do you like best about GrowPanel?

First of all it gives me an accurate view of my subscription metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, ARPA and so forth). Second, it connects to my Stripe accounts so I had zero config. It's visually pleasing, it's blazingly fast, and it works well on mobile. I particularly like the cohort analyses and the scheduled churn reports. What do you dislike about GrowPanel?

I've sometimes wanted to merge two of my Stripe customers, but the software doesn't let me make manual edits like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GrowPanel solving and how is that benefiting you?

PageVitals is a SaaS software, and our business needs a realtime view of our SaaS metrics in order to navigate a fast paced and ever-changing market. We've been trying out other platforms, and at some point we thought we could just use Stripe's own analytics, but it turns out it still misses a lot of reports. GrowPanel gives us a realtime view, we get scheduled weekly and monthly reports of our progress, so it checks the boxes for us. We even use the dashboard on a wall screen in our office.
