What do you dislike about Growlytics?

More on the customize reports on Analytics related to Cart Abandonment, customer behaviour insights could be made more accessible. As well as, using graphs and charts would increase the visualizations more understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Growlytics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Integrated it with Shopify Pro. Really went amazing with the integration. It was simple to use and insights are also great help. User Individualism comes handy while pushing a large amount of messages for a greater audience. Growlytics handled it pretty well. Though end to end support could be increased further.
